​At Bella BeadCraft, each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, and design are part of what make each item unique.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom or Personalized Orders: These are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
