​At Bella BeadCraft, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in color, texture, and design are what make each item unique. I want you to love your purchase, but understand if it's not the perfect fit.​

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To initiate a return, please email BellaBeadCraft@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You'll receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and its condition is confirmed, a refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun, and cancellation may not be possible.​​
